Last night, LFBA kicked off the 2010 pre-season as Lake Forest Head Varsity Baseball Coach Tommy Myers ran the boys through a series of hitting drills during the voluntary winter workout clinics.

An enthusiastic Coach Myers and about 10 additional coaches from his staff and trainers from Bat Speed helped the boys with hitting fundamentals, including flip drills, hitting off a T, a machine, and live pitching.

Turnout for all age groups was greater than anticipated, signally a strong upcoming season for Scouts baseball.
